1How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped in a discrete unlabeled box or bubble mailer. Nothing is advertised as having cannabis contents. All orders are vacuum sealed and bubble wrapped as needed to preserve the freshness of the products and to ensure no odors escape the parcel.
2What is the delivery time?
All orders are shipped via Xpresspost and generally take 2-3 business days. If you live in a rural area delivery time may take a few extra days. Seasonal holidays and products on backorder may also delay delivery time.
3What if I don't get my order?
If your order doesn't arrive 2 days after the expected delivery date please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it for you. You may also check the tracking number to see where it is. If you are in a hurry you may also contact Canada Post and they will look into where your parcel is.
4My tracking number does not work?
We send out tracking numbers after the postage is paid for. Sometimes we don't ship orders out until the following day due to cutoff times. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update, if it still has not changed feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily look into it for you.
5Why is a signature required to receive my parcel?
For security reasons all orders are shipped requiring a signature to insure your order gets to you safety and not a minor. If you are not home at the time of delivery the postal worker will leave a note on your order letting you know your parcel is ready for pickup at the nearest post office.
6Can I mix and match flower to get the same bulk discount rate?
Yes you can! You can order 7g of flower, of 4 different strains and still get our 28g discount!
